I won’t give too much away about the challenge itself, and I will say that it’s now part of our regular curriculum… It challenges people visually, logically and in communication. It requires, for successful completion, both a structured and a flexible approach to leadership. It stretches intellects, organisational abilities and cooperation strategies, and produces a depth of leadership teaching material in the process. It’s the best leadership challenge I have so far discovered! Top recommendation!
